Overview
Paper Cup and Paper Bowl Compression Tester (Model: LB-ZW40) is a professional instrument used to detect the compressive strength and deformation of various types of paper cups, paper bowls, industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, plastic tubes, small Encasement boxes and other small containers.
Features
Using High Accuracy Force Value Sensor, factory accuracy control is < 0.5%, better than ISO standard +/- 1%.
2. Adopt precision ball screw drive, aluminum alloy panel, stainless steel upper and lower pressure plates, reasonable design and durability.
3. LCD Chinese display, friendly man-machine interface, fully automatic test completion, with data statistical processing function and micro-printer output.
4. Adopt high-performance stepper motor and American chip control to ensure accurate transmission and fast and effective testing.
5. There is a special calibrating program inside the instrument, which is convenient for the Measurement calibrating department to use the standard Sensor for Indication Error calibrating.
Principle
The instrument drives the precision ball screw through a high-performance stepper motor to drive the upper pressure plate downward and apply pressure to the sample placed on the lower pressure plate. The High Accuracy Force Value Sensor monitors the pressure value in real time, and the Displacement Sensor records the deformation. The system automatically completes the test and outputs the result according to the preset program.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz) and turn on the instrument.
2. According to the sample type, set the test parameters (e.g. pressurization speed).
3. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
4. Start the test program, and the instrument automatically completes pressurization, data collection and recording.
5. After the test is completed, check the LCD display results, or output the test report through the micro printer.
Notice
• Power frequency AC220V 50Hz before use.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the lower platen to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• When the instrument is running, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items between the upper and lower pressure plates.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure test accuracy.
• Instruments should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration and impact.
• When cleaning the instrument, please wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosive cleaners.
