Overview
LABO LB-MCJ20 friction testing machine is used for printing ink layer Abrasion Resistance, PS plate photosensitive layer Abrasion Resistance and related product surface coating Abrasion Resistance test, which can effectively analyze the poor rubbing resistance of printing products, ink layer peeling, PS plate Low printing resistance and poor coating Hardness of other products.
Features
1. Built-in standard friction table to ensure uniform friction area
2. Synchronous motor drive, smooth transmission, low noise
3. PVC operation panel, membrane button switch and LCD screen, convenient for users to quickly and conveniently perform test operations and data viewing
4. The number of friction can be set to automatically complete the test
Principle
The sample cut into 230mm × 50mm size is fixed on the friction table, and the average color density of the ink layer to be ground on the sample is measured with a color Density Meter. The friction paper is fixed on the friction body, and the instrument is turned on after setting the number of friction times. The instrument starts to travel back and forth friction test, and automatically stops when the set number of friction times is reached. After removing the sample, the average color density is measured with a color Density Meter on the ink layer that is most rubbed.
Applications
Printing ink layer abrasion resistance testing, PS plate photosensitive layer abrasion resistance testing, product surface coating abrasion resistance testing
Steps
1. Fix the specimen (length 230mm x width 50mm) on the friction table
2. Use a Color Density Meter to measure the color density of the ink layer to be ground on the sample, and measure the average value at three points
3. Fix the friction paper to the friction body
4. Set the number of frictions
5. Turn on the instrument and start the test
6. After the test is completed, remove the sample, measure the color density with a color Density Meter on the most severely rubbed ink layer, and measure the average value at three points
Notice
• The sample size should be 230mm long × 50mm wide
• The area of the surface to be measured should be greater than the area rubbed by the friction body (length 155mm × width 50mm)
• The friction paper should be clean Woodfree Printing Paper with a Basis Weight of 80g/m ² and a width of 50mm
• If you need to stop the test during the test, you can press the "Stop" button
• LCD screen life is about 50,000 hours
