Overview
The Portable paper moisture analyzer LB-FDG1 is a professional measuring instrument from the LABO brand for fast and accurate measurement of paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Board, Corrugated Box and Pulp Board Moisture content. The instrument is small and portable, suitable for field use, and uses the principle of high frequency electromagnetic wave induction to ensure that the measurement process nondestructive paper.
Features
1. Using high frequency principle and Japanese excellent Sensor, accurate and reliable measurement.
2. It can be directly measured on the paper reel or paper stack, and the application is flexible.
3. Measurement range (0~ 40%), small and exquisite, easy to carry.
4. Abolish the needle design, as long as the Probe touches the surface of the paper to display the moisture content, without damaging the paper.
5. The measurement is fast, and the results are directly displayed digitally on the LCD screen.
6. Built-in type correction function to ensure accurate determination of moisture content for various paper types.
Principle
Moisture analyzer uses high frequency electromagnetic wave inductive principle, emits electromagnetic wave through Sensor and detects the change of dielectric constant of paper, so as to calculate Moisture content. Response and display moisture content value can be done by simply touching Probe lightly on paper surface during measurement.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Board, Corrugated Box, Pulp Board
Standards
GB/T462、GB/T2677.2、GB/T451.2、ISO536
Steps
Make sure the instrument power connection is normal (AC220V 50/60Hz).
2. Gently touch the surface of the paper to be tested.
3. Observe the LCD display and read the moisture content value.
4. Measurement parameters are adjusted using the type correction function as required.
Notice
- Power supply voltage is checked before use to meet AC220V requirements.
- Avoid excessive pressing of Probe during measurement to prevent damage to the paper.
- Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -5~ + 60 ℃.
- Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy.
When storing, pay attention to moisture and shock resistance to extend the service life.
