LB-HD12A thickness measuring instrument is a multifunctional thickness measurement device launched by LABO brand, which can replace the load measurement block according to the measurement material. It is suitable for the thickness measurement of paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Board, Plastic film and sheet material. Measurement range, accuracy up to 0.001mm.

Principle
The thickness measuring instrument adopts the Contact Measurement principle, which makes the measurement surface contact the surface of the sample by lifting the measurement rod, and directly displays the thickness value by using the digital dial meter to realize fast and intuitive thickness measurement.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate load measurement block according to the measurement material and replace it.
2. Lift the measurement lever gently.
3. Make the measurement surface contact the specimen surface.
4. Read the displayed thickness value.

• Make sure to select the correct load measurement block to match the material type before measurement.
• Lift the measurement rod lightly during operation to avoid excessive force affecting the Measurement accuracy.
• Measuring accuracy by calibrating instruments regularly.
