Overview
The LABO 203P electronic analytical Balance is a precision instrument for the measurement of paper Grammage, Moisture, Corrugated Board delamination Basis Weight, and Paper and Cardboard Water Absorbency. It uses strain Sensor technology for fast stability, High Accuracy, and is suitable for paper inspection.
Features
1. Four-stage shockproof filter adjustable function.
2. Large LCD interface with backlit display.
3. Dual range, dual accuracy adjustable function.
4. Lock Current Operating Mode/Unit Function.
5. Anti-interference, anti-static metal shell; the fuselage is all aluminum alloy.
6. Weighing stability time adjustable function.
7. There are seventeen international units such as grams, carats, pounds, and ounces.
8. Built-in time and date adjustable function.
9. Set object weighing and counting function; percentage weighing; full range of products AC and DC dual-use.
Principle
The electronic analytical Balance is based on strain Sensor technology. When the object is placed on the pan, the Sensor converts the weighted signal into an electrical signal, which is processed to display the measurement results digitally on the LCD display. Its four-stage shock filtering function helps ensure stable readings in complex environments.
Applications
Paper Grammage measurement, Moisture determination, Corrugated Board delamination quantitative analysis, Paper and Cardboard absorbency determination (Cobb method Cobb)
Standards
GB/T462、GB/T451.2、ISO536、TAPPI T410
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free surface.
2. Turn on the power supply and wait for Balance self-test and stability.
3. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as Grammage, Count, Percentage, etc.) and unit through the function keys.
4. To calibrate, calibrate with 100g external calibration weight.
5. Lightly place the sample to be tested in the center of the pan.
6. After the reading stabilizes, record the measurement results on the display.
7. After the measurement is completed, remove the sample and clean the pan.
Notice
• Please use the Balance on a stable, horizontal and vibration-free table.
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 12 ° C and 30 ° C.
• Avoid use in strong airflow, strong electromagnetic interference or static environment.
• Handle with care when weighing to avoid Impact pan.
• Regularly calibrate with 100g standard weight to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Keep the pan clean to avoid sample residue affecting the measurement results.
• Do not overload, the maximum weight is 200g.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
