JIAHANG JHY30 Grease Melting point meter is a fully automatic grease Melting point meter, which can quickly and accurately determine the melting point of various oils, and can measure 2 samples at the same time. The entire experimental process is digitalized and transmitted to the computer through the digital Optical inspection Sensor, and the intelligent software automatically judges the oil melting point, eliminates human error, and reduces labor intensity. The instrument has its own heating system to ensure a stable heating rate. The platinum temperature sensor has fast and high Precision, which is better than the traditional mercury- filledthermometer.

Principle
The digital Optical inspection Sensor digitalization and transmission of the experimental process to the computer, the intelligent software automatically determines the melting point of the oil. The instrument uses a water bath heating system to heat the sample at a stable heating rate, and the platinum temperature sensor Rapid Response and Accurate Measuring temperature changes.

Steps
1. Turn on and preheat to the set initial temperature; 2. Place the sample capillary tubing; 3. Set the heating parameters; 4. Start the test, and the software will automatically record the process; 5. The software will automatically determine the melting point and generate a report; 6. Save or print the experimental results.
Notice
• Automatic preheating after power on, no manual operation is required; • Data needs to be transferred or emptied in time when the SD card space is insufficient; • Use capillary tubing that meets the specifications (outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm, length 100mm double opening); • Ensure that the power supply is AC 220V; • Regularly clean the water bath to prevent affecting the accuracy; • The experimental process can be observed or played back in real time through software.
