Overview
JIAHANG JHY50 Video Grease Melting point meter is a semi-automatic grease melting point measurement instrument, which can quickly and accurately determine the melting point of various oils and process 2 samples at the same time. The digitalization of the experimental process is transmitted to the computer through the digital Optical inspection Sensor, and the intelligent software automatically determines the melting point, eliminates human errors and reduces labor intensity. The instrument has its own heating system to ensure a stable heating rate. The platinum temperature sensor has fast Response and high Precision, which is more advantageous than the traditional mercury- filledthermometer. With refrigeration system, Temperature range 6~ 100 ℃, but does not have automatic detection function.

Principle
The instrument uses a platinum temperature sensor to accurately monitor temperature changes through a water bath heating system. The Digital Optical inspection Sensor captures the experimental process in real time and transmits the data to the computer. Intelligent software automatically analyzes the data, judges the oil melting point, digitalization records the whole process, supports video recording and playback, and ensures experimental accuracy and traceability.

Steps
1. After booting, the instrument automatically warms up to the initial temperature set by the user.
2. Place the sample in capillary tubing;
3. Set the heating parameters and start the experiment.
4. Observe the experimental process or play back the video through the software.
5. The software automatically determines the melting point and generates an experimental report;
6. Save or print the experimental results.
7. Transfer or empty data when SD card space is insufficient.
Notice
• The instrument does not have an automatic detection function and requires user monitoring;
• When the SD card space is insufficient, the user will be prompted to transfer or empty the data;
Make sure the power supply is AC 220V before use.
• Regularly clean the water bath to prevent scaling.
• During the experiment, the playback speed can be changed through the software to observe the details.
