JIAHANG JHY90 Grease Melting point meter is a fully automatic grease Melting point meter, which can quickly and accurately determine the melting point of various oils. The instrument can measure 2 samples at the same time, digitalization and transmission of the experimental process to the computer through the digital Optical inspection Sensor, intelligent software automatically determines the melting point, eliminates human error and reduces labor intensity. The built-in heating system guarantees a stable heating rate, and the platinum temperature sensor has fast Response and high Precision, which is superior to the traditional mercury-filledthermometer method.

Principle
The instrument detects the changes of the oil sample during the heating process through the Digital Optical inspection Sensor, digitalization and transmission of the entire experimental process to the computer. Intelligent software automatically analyzes the data and determines the oil melting point, eliminating human subjective errors. Water bath heating system and platinum temperature sensor are used to ensure Fast Response and High Accuracy Temperature Control.

Steps
1. After booting, the instrument automatically warms up to the initial temperature set by the user
2. Set experimental parameters through software
