JIAHANG JL-35T Low Temperature Thermostatic Sink is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -35 ° C to 100 ° C, using TFT true color display Touchscreen. The product can be used for Petrochemicals, Electronic Instrumentation, Physical Chemistry, Bioengineering, Life Science, Light Industrial Food Physical Property Testing and Chemical Analysis Research Departments, Colleges and Universities and Enterprise Quality Control Production Departments, to provide hot and cold controlled, uniform and constant temperature field sources for constant temperature experiments or tests on samples or products, and can also be used as direct or auxiliary heating/cooling heat or cold sources.

Principle
The thermostatic tank provides precise temperature control of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and heating system, combined with fuzzy PID temperature control technology. The built-in circulating pump (supporting internal/external circulation) ensures uniform and constant temperature in the tank, providing a stable temperature environment for experiments or tests.
Applications
Petrochemicals, frozen soil, materials, semiconductors and other fields of process control, low temperature measurement and verification, artificial freezing, sample preservation and other immersion or external circulation applications.
Notice
- Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use and check whether the Power frequency meets the requirements.
Do not activate the heating function in a state of no water or low liquid level to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the inside of the Tank or the circulation line to avoid burns or frostbite.
- Regularly check and clean the equipment, keep the ventilator open, and ensure good heat dissipation.
- Before moving or servicing equipment, be sure to cut off the power and drain the Tank.
- Please use the required medium (such as deionized water, antifreeze, etc.) to avoid the use of corrosive liquids.
When the equipment issues a low liquid level or Miscellaneous alarm, the cause should be immediately investigated and the failure should be eliminated before continued use.
