Principle
The device uses a fully enclosed refrigeration system to achieve precise temperature control through a combination of hot air bypass and PID temperature control. Steps
1. Check the water level of the equipment to ensure it is within the normal range.
2. Connect the external circulation line (if applicable).
3. Set the target temperature (within the range of 5 to 40 ° C) through a color LCD screen.
4. Start the equipment and the system will automatically start cooling and cycling.
5. The pressure of the circulating pump can be adjusted through the knob (0 to 1.5 par) and observed through the pressure gauge.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the LCD screen will dynamically display the operating status and data.
Notice
• Pay attention to the observation window of the water level. When the equipment prompts that the water level is too low, the chilling down liquid should be added in time.
• When using external circulation, pay attention to whether the pipeline is unobstructed to avoid blockage; the equipment has the function of automatically switching domestic circulation to deal with blockage.
• Do not use outside the specified temperature range (5~ 40 ℃) to prevent triggering the over-limit protection alarm or causing equipment damage.
• When adjusting the pressure of the circulating pump, please refer to the pressure gauge to ensure that it operates within a safe range.
