Overview
JIAHANG JH-1000 chill down water circulation device is a high Accuracy and high stability chill down equipment using non-start-stop refrigeration technology. It achieves rapid cooling and temperature stability through a fully enclosed refrigeration system combined with PID temperature control, and is suitable for occasions requiring precision thermostatic chill down.
Features
1. Adopt electronic expansion valve technology to control temperature, non-Compressor start-stop type, reduce Compressor damage and save electric energy.
2. It has the function of automatic detection of high and low water levels, and automatically prompts to add liquid when the water level is too low.

5. Equipped with a water level observation window and an automatic water level detection device, the buzzer automatically alarms when the water level is too low.
6. With water flow automatic detection device, it can automatically switch to domestic circulation when the external circulation is blocked.
7. Adopt a high-performance circulating water pump, which can work continuously for a long time without leakage. The pump pressure is adjustable and equipped with a pressure gauge display.
8. Adopting a color LCD screen display, the data is rich and the operating status is clear at a glance.
Principle
The device uses a fully enclosed refrigeration system to achieve precise temperature control through a combination of hot gas bypass and PID temperature control. Its core is the use of electronic expansion valve technology for non-start-stop refrigeration, instead of frequent start-stop of traditional Compressors, thus improving the stability and efficiency of the system. The device drives the chilled down medium to flow in the inner/external circulation pipeline through the circulation pump to achieve the purpose of continuously providing thermostatic chilled down water for external equipment.

Steps
1. Check the water level of the equipment to ensure it is within the normal range.
2. Connect the external equipment circulation pipeline.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature, timing time, and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Start the circulating pump and adjust the pump pressure knob as required.
6. The equipment starts to work and the running status is monitored through the LCD screen.
7. After use, turn off the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power frequency meets the requirements of 220V 50Hz.
Do not touch internal electrical components while the device is running.
• Regularly check the water level and use the required chill down medium to avoid low water level operation.
• Pay attention to observe the water flow state to prevent blockage of the external circulation pipeline.
• When the equipment alarms, please deal with it in time according to the prompt information (such as low water level, temperature exceeding limit).
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the refrigeration system.
