Overview
JIAHANG JH-1200 chilled down water circulation device adopts non-start-stop refrigeration technology, combined with fully enclosed refrigeration system and PID temperature control, is a High Accuracy, high stability chilling down equipment, rapid cooling and temperature stability, suitable for precision thermostatic chilling down occasions.

Principle
The device is cooled down through a fully enclosed refrigeration system, using a temperature control method combining hot gas bypass and PID, and using an electronic expansion valve to precisely adjust the flow of refrigerant to achieve non-start-stop continuous refrigeration, so as to quickly reach the set temperature and maintain stability. At the same time, the equipment automatically detects the water level and water flow status to ensure the normal operation of the circulation system.

Steps
1. Check and ensure that the water level of the equipment is normal.
2. Connect the external circulation line (if necessary).
3. Turn on the power supply and set the target temperature through the color LCD screen.
4. Start the equipment and the refrigeration system starts working.
5. Adjust the pressure of the circulating pump to the required value (0 to 1.5 par) through the knob, and observe the pressure gauge display.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the temperature, water level, etc. can be monitored through the screen.
7. After use, turn off the power of the device.

• Please ensure that the working environment meets the requirements before use.
• Pay attention to observe the water level to avoid equipment alarm or damage due to low water level.
• Regularly check the circulation pipeline to prevent blockage from affecting the external circulation function.
• When the equipment alarms, please deal with it in time according to the prompt information (such as temperature exceeding limit, water level is too low).
When adjusting the pump pressure, please operate slowly and observe the pressure indicator.
Do not perform unnecessary disassembly or repair while the equipment is in operation.
