Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses bar and adjustable drawdown blade integrated coating method to perform Spreader operation on Glass mesa. Using stepless variable speed to control the coating speed, the drawdown blade can be lifted and lowered to adjust the thickness of the Spreader to achieve accurate film prepative.

Steps
1. Spreader materials
2. Select the bar model according to the requirements to determine the thickness of the Spreader
3. Set the coating speed in the range of 5~ 200mm/s
4. Adjust drawdown blade height to control Spreader thickness
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. Clean the device after finishing the Spreader
