Overview
The ANGNI AD18 high-speed dispersion Mulser is driven by a miniature high-power high-speed motor imported from Germany, which is suitable for stirring and mixing low to medium and high viscosity liquids in the laboratory, dispersing homogeneous granular materials, tissue cell crushing, etc. in the liquid medium. The machine is composed of a high-speed motor, a dispersed homogeneous working head and a machine base. The driving host adopts a good engineering plastic and die-casting aluminum alloy body, and the operation is stable. The working head is refined with good stainless steel, which has a wide range of experimental applications. Rotation speed can be adjusted to ensure effective and controllable experimental operation.
Features
1. Driven by miniature high-power high-speed motors imported from Germany
2. The drive main engine is made of engineering plastic and die-casting aluminum alloy, and the running state is stable
3. The working head is made of good stainless steel and has a wide range of experimental applications
4. Rotation speed adjustable control to meet the experimental Rotation speed correction at any time
5. With restart protection function
6. Adaptable to a variety of working head specifications (8G, 10G, 12G, 18G, 24G) optional
Principle
The high-speed motor drives the dispersed homogeneous working head to swirl/spin in the liquid medium at high speed, so that the experimental medium is squeezed in the material liquid, the triple effect of strong Impact and loss of pressure expansion, the material is refined and uniformly mixed, and the delamination with the material liquid is prevented or reduced.
Applications
Tissue dispersion in the field of biotechnology, sample preparation, enzyme treatment in the food industry, industry, cosmetic industry, paints industry and Petrochemicals, etc., liquid-liquid phase, liquid-solid phase mixing experiments
Standards
Rated voltage AC220V, Rated Frequency 50/60HZ, Input Power 710W, Output Power 430W, Rated Torque 12.1 N.cm, Duty Cycle S1 (Continuous)
Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head specification according to the experimental requirements
2. Make sure the working head is immersed in the liquid height within the range of 45mm to 160mm
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
4. Select the appropriate Rotation speed gear through the speed control turntable (6 gears optional, Speed range 13000~ 34000rpm)
5. Begin decentralized emulsification operations
6. Turn off the power after the operation is completed
