Overview
The AE300L-P high-speed shear dispersion Mulser is driven by a compact series micro-high-speed motor, which is suitable for stirring and mixing of low to medium and high viscosity liquids in laboratories or pilot workshops, and shearing emulsification of crushed granular materials in liquid media. The machine is composed of a high-density die-casting aluminum alloy drive motor for the body, a good stainless steel refined shearing emulsification working head and a speed control controller.

Principle
The high-speed shear dispersion Mulser is driven by a high-speed motor to shear emulsification working head. The precisely matched working head turns the stator to form high-frequency, strong circumferential tangential velocity, angular velocity and other comprehensive kinetic energy under the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, which prompts the experimental material to suck into the rotor area from the bottom of the experimental vessel and throw it out of the stator hole under the action of huge centrifugal force. The stator and rotor form strong and reciprocating hydraulic shear, friction, centrifugal extrusion, liquid flow collision and other comprehensive effects in a reasonable narrow gap. The experimental material is cyclically subjected to tens of thousands of shearing, tearing, impact and mixing per minute in the container, so as to achieve the effect of shear emulsification. Its efficiency is about a thousand times higher than that of ordinary stirring.

Steps
1. Power supply voltage AC 220V 50/60Hz
2. Select the appropriate stator specification according to the experimental requirements (standard configuration: 5mm ², 20mm ², 50mm ²)
3. Adjust the height of the working head immersed in the liquid (minimum 50mm, maximum 236mm)
4. Stepless speed regulation through speed controller (Speed range 0~ 11000rpm)
5. Start the device for shearing emulsification
6. Turn off the power after the operation is completed
