Principle
The device drives the shearing emulsification head through a high-speed motor to perform shearing emulsification treatment on granular materials in a liquid medium, realizing the functions of stirring, mixing and crushing.

Steps
1. Adjust the support frame to the appropriate height
2. Immerse the working head in the liquid medium (immersion height 50-236mm)
3. Turn on the power switch
4. Adjust the required Rotation speed through the speed control knob (200-12000rpm)
5. Set the running time for experimentation
6. Turn off the power after the experiment is completed

• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be within the range of 50-236mm
• Ambient Temperature must not exceed 40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
