Overview
LRH-500 biochemistry cultivating box is a special thermostatic equipment of HUITAI brand, mainly used for water analysis and BOD determination, as well as the fostering, preservation, cultivation and breeding test of bacteria, microorganisms and molds. The product adopts a large LCD screen with clear and intuitive readings, and is equipped with imported brand Compressor and JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan to ensure the long life of the equipment and the uniformity of the temperature in the box.

1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-type operation interface; mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arcs are easy to clean, shelf spacing is adjustable; use without fluorine refrigerant (with "F" type); optional test hole and door observation window.
2, quality assurance: the use of brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system to extend the life of the Compressor; the use of JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct to ensure temperature uniformity; PID control mode, temperature control accurate fluctuations, with timing function.
3. Intelligent LCD programmable multi-stage controller (optional): 15 segments and 30 steps can be programmed, and each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 99 minutes to achieve automatic control.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): automatically interrupt and sound and light alarm when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safety.
5. Convenient data processing (optional): with USB or RS485 interface, you can connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box is heated by the Compressor cooling and heating system, and the temperature in the box is precisely adjusted by the PID controller. Using the JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan and the uniquely designed air duct structure, a good air circulation system is formed to ensure that the temperature in the box is uniform and stable at all points, providing a constant temperature environment for the foster.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable, non-strong magnetic and non-vibration environment.
Connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature, time, and other parameters through the large-screen LCD display menu.
4. If you need complex program control, you can use the optional programmable controller to preset multiple programs.
5. Put the items to be fostered into the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box and close the box door.
6. Start the equipment and start the fostering process.
7. After the foster is over, take out the items and turn off the power.
Notice
The equipment should be tested under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ℃ and environment humidity 50% RH.
• Power frequency of AC 220V 50Hz.
• Note that the model with "F" is fluorine-free and environmentally friendly.
• Optional functions (such as test holes, observation windows, programming controllers, alarm systems, data interfaces) need to be confirmed according to the actual book configuration.
• During operation, if the optional independent temperature limit alarm system is triggered, it needs to be dealt with in time.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
