HUITAI LHS-500HC Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is an environment simulation device for precise control of temperature and Humidity, providing various environmental conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing. It is widely used for aseptic testing, Stability inspection in Spinning & weaving, Food processing and other fields as well as raw material performance, product Encasement and product life testing of industrial products.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber realizes temperature and Humidity control through Compressor cooling system and electric heating pipe humidification system, and adopts PID Control mode to ensure small fluctuation. The circulating fan and air duct structure form air circulation to ensure the temperature and Humidity uniformity in the box. The system supports multi-cycle programmed operation to meet the needs of complex experiments.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the temperature and Humidity parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing as needed.
4. Start the equipment operation, and the system automatically controls the Temperature and Humidity.
5. Optional connection to USB or RS485 interface for data logging.
6. Turn off the equipment after the experiment is completed.
Notice
• The performance parameter test should be carried out under no-load, no strong magnetic and no vibration conditions.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 20 ° C, Humidity 50% RH.
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the system will automatically interrupt and alarm, and it needs to be dealt with in time.
• Optional accessories such as test holes, observation windows, etc. should be selected according to requirements.
• Use refrigerants without fluorine to ensure environmentally friendly operation.
