Overview
HUITAI HGZ-250 light chamber is a device used to simulate different environment climate conditions, which is widely used in the fields of microbial tissue cell fostering, seed germination, seedling test, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding.

1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu-type Operating interface; use 134s, 406a without fluorine refrigerant; mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design easy to clean, adjustable shelf spacing; double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation performance.
2. Quality assurance: using brand Compressor, independent research and development of Compressor cooling system; JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure; three-sided lighting design, T4 incubator special lamp; microcomputer control temperature, Illumrination degree, temperature can be different day and night settings with light; PID Control mode; with 99 cycle programs, each cycle is divided into 30 sections, each section is 99 hours and 99 minutes cycle steps.

4. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): If the temperature exceeds the limit, the operation will be automatically interrupted, and the sound and light alarm will prompt.
5. Convenient data processing (optional): With USB or RS485 interface, you can connect a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The light chamber precisely adjusts the temperature and illuminance through the microcomputer Control system, and adopts the PID Control mode to ensure that the temperature fluctuation is small. The JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and the unique air duct structure are used to realize air circulation to ensure the temperature uniformity in the box. The three-sided lighting design combined with the T4 special lamp provides no dead angle light, and the temperature can be set differently day and night with or without light, simulating natural climate conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and Illumrination degree through the large-screen LCD menu, and the temperature can be set differently day and night with light.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing and light level in the box as needed (adjustable in six levels).
4. Start the equipment, monitor the operating status, and optional independent temperature limiting alarm system to ensure safety.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 30 ℃ to avoid strong magnetism and vibration.
• The performance parameter test is carried out under no-load conditions, Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, Humidity 50% RH.
• Use refrigerants without fluorine to ensure energy conservation and environmental health.
• Optional accessories such as independent temperature controller, embedded printer, etc. require additional configuration.
