Overview
HUITAI HGZ-800 light chamber is widely used in microbial tissue cell fostering, seed germination, seedling experiment, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding, etc., which can accurately simulate different environment climate conditions.
Features
1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu-type Operating interface; use 134s, 406a without fluorine refrigerant; mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design easy to clean, adjustable shelf spacing; double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation performance.
2. Quality assurance: using brand Compressor, self-developed Compressor cooling system; JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to ensure Temperature uniformity; three-sided lighting design, T4 incubator special lamp; microcomputer control temperature and illumination, PID Control mode; with 99 cycle programs, 30 cycles per cycle, 99 hours and 99 minutes per cycle.
Continuous Operating Technology: Long-term continuous operation, Continuous Operating Time is not less than 360 hours.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): If the temperature exceeds the limit, the operation will be automatically interrupted, and the sound and light alarm will be issued.
Convenient data processing (optional): with USB or RS485 interface, can be connected to a printer or computer.
Principle
Using microcomputer to control temperature and light intensity, accurate temperature adjustment with small fluctuations is achieved through PID Control mode. Using JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to manufacture air circulation system to ensure Temperature uniformity in the box. The three-sided lighting design adopts T4 incubator special lamp tube to ensure that there is no dead angle of light intensity. Temperature can be set differently day and night with or without light, supporting cycle control of complex experimental processes.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Open the device and set the parameters through the large-screen LCD display and menu-type Operating interface.
3. Adjust Temperature range (with light: 10~ 50 ℃, without light: 4~ 50 ℃) and illumination (0~ 25000Lx six-stage adjustable) as needed.
4. Place the sample on the shelf and adjust the shelf spacing.
5. Start running, and the device can operate continuously for at least 360 hours.
6. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system or data processing interface for monitoring.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 30 ℃ to avoid strong magnetism and vibration.
• The performance parameter test is carried out under no-load conditions, Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, Environmental humidity 50% RH.
• Use refrigerants without fluorine to ensure energy conservation and environmental health.
• When observing the inside of the box, the double-decked door structure can reduce the temperature effect.
• Optional accessories such as independent temperature controller, embedded printer, etc. require additional configuration.
• Customized non-standard class incubator cycle is 30 to 40 working days after indent confirmation.
