HUITAI GHP-9270 water-proof thermostatic incubator is suitable for scientific research or production departments such as industry, biochemistry and agricultural science, for thermostatic experiments such as cell fostering and fermentation. The product adopts Water-Jacketed heating method, which has the characteristics of uniform temperature and long holding time after power failure.

Principle
The incubator uses a water-jacketed heating method to evenly heat the studio through a water bath jacket. The control system uses a PID algorithm to precisely control the heating output to maintain a constant temperature in the box. When the temperature exceeds the set value or the water level of the water jacket is abnormal, the system will automatically issue a sound and light alarm and take corresponding protective measures.

Steps
1. Judge the operation of the equipment according to the status of the indicator light: the "OUT" light is on to indicate that there is a heating output; the "ALM" light is on to indicate an over-temperature alarm; the "WL" light is on and the buzzer beeps to indicate that the water level is too low; the "WH" light is on to indicate that the water has been filled.
2. Perform parameter setting and operation through the large-screen LCD menu interface.

* The performance parameter test is carried out under no-load conditions, no strong magnetism, no vibration, Ambient Temperature is 30 ℃, environment humidity is 50% RH.
When the water level is low, the heating will automatically stop.
