HUITAI DHG-9240A (heightened) blast drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.
4, with over-temperature deviation protection, digital display microcomputer temperature controller, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
6. Cold rolled steel plate is used for the casing of the box, and the surface is electrostatic sprayed.
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
8. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system and uses a built-in fan to form a forced convection circulation air duct, which uniformly sends hot air into the studio to achieve uniform heating and drying of materials. Its microcomputer temperature controller precisely adjusts the temperature, and the air duct circulation system can automatically discharge the water vapor generated during the working process to maintain the set drying environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the materials to be processed on the shelf of the studio.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts working, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
5. The equipment will automatically stop after running to a set time, or stop manually as required.
6. Take out the materials and clean the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The materials placed should not exceed the load capacity specified by the equipment, and ensure that the placement does not affect the hot air circulation.
During operation, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting temperature uniformity and increasing energy consumption.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, ensure that its function is enabled normally.
• When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the drying inside the box should be kept clean.
