Overview
HUITAI DHG-9055A blast drying oven is a device designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing purposes. The device has precise temperature control and a user-friendly Operating interface to ensure efficient and reliable experimental processes.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-type Operating interface, easy to understand and easy to operate (standard).
2. Control mode of fan speed is adopted to improve the Temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box without manual adjustment.
4. Adopt microcomputer temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
6. Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spray on the surface.
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
8. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
Control mode of the fan speed, combined with the self-developed air duct circulation system, the air drying oven realizes the uniform distribution of temperature in the working room and automatically discharges water vapor. Microcomputer temperature controller precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure that the thermostatic Fluctuation is within +/- 1 ℃, and can be equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system to improve safety.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature, timing and other parameters through the large-screen LCD display and menu Operating interface.
3. Place the sample on the shelf to ensure uniform distribution.
4. Start the equipment, the fan runs automatically, and the air duct circulation system starts to work.
5. Monitor temperature changes, and the device automatically controls and records data (e.g. optional RS485 interface).
6. After the timing expires, the device automatically stops or manually shuts down to remove the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements.
• When setting the temperature, make sure not to exceed the Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to avoid residues affecting performance.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, it must be properly configured to ensure safety.
• Avoid use in humid or flammable environments to prevent accidents.
• When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and keep the equipment drying.
