Overview
HUITAI DHG-9245A blast drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-type Operating interface, easy to understand and easy to operate (standard)
2. Control mode of fan speed is adopted to improve the Temperature uniformity of the studio
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box without manual adjustment
4. Adopt microcomputer temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control
5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient
6. Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spray on the surface
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional)
8. With RS485 interface, the recorder and computer can be connected, and the change of temperature parameters can be recorded (optional).
Principle
Control mode of the blower drying oven through the fan speed, combined with the self-developed air duct circulation system, to achieve uniform distribution of the temperature of the studio, and automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box to ensure the drying effect.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz)
2. Set the required temperature (Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃)
3. Set the Timer Range as needed (1~ 9999min)
4. Start the equipment for drying, baking, wax melting or sterilizing operations
5. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation （ +/- 1 ℃) and Temperature resolution (0.1 ℃)
6. Clean liner after use, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded for easy maintenance

• Note that the temperature setting does not exceed the Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃
• Regularly check the fan and air duct circulation system to ensure normal operation
