Overview
HUITAI DZF-6210 Vacuum oven is widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields. It is suitable for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers. It is especially suitable for fast and effective drying treatment of heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-type Operating interface, simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. Aluminum shelves stamped by special process have high temperature non-oxidation, fast heat conduction and reduced heat loss.
3. Cuboid studio, with large effective volume utilization rate, microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control.
4. Tempered bulletproof double-decked Glass doors observe the objects in the work room at a glance and can be filled with inert gas into the interior.
5. The closure and tightness of the box door can be adjusted arbitrarily by the user, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high Vacuum Level in the box.
6. The working room is made of stainless steel plate, the box shell is made of Cold rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatic spraying.
7, storage, heating, testing and drying in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment, will not cause oxidation.
8. The heating element is located on the Shelf inside the box, which shortens the heating time by 50% compared with the traditional Vacuum oven.
Principle
The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances. For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time. Various mechanical parts or porous samples with complex structures are cleaned and then vacuum drying is used, leaving no residual material after drying.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection
