Principle
The 4-sided Film Applicator utilizes its High Accuracy fixed film thickness design by scraping on a flat substrate to prepare a uniform and controllable wet-film. Users simply switch the angle of the film applicator to select different film thicknesses to quickly obtain comparable pairs of samples for subsequent tests such as color, hiding power, or leveling evaluation.

Steps
1. Select a flat and solid substrate as the Spreader surface.
2. According to the test requirements, convert the angle of the 4-sided Film Applicator to select the desired film thickness.
3. Place the Applicator on the substrate and scrape evenly to form a wet-film.
4. Remove the Applicator, observe and record the film status for subsequent testing.
