The YOKE VIS-721 visible spectrophotometer is an economical analytical instrument with excellent photometric accuracy. It is equipped with an optional RS232 interface for data output. The instrument is widely used in testing, food, petrochemical industry, environment protection and monitoring and many other fields.
1. Numbers show measurement indications. 2. Automatic zero and automatic hundred. 3. The large sample chamber can accommodate 5-100mm Cuvettes. 4. Optional output port RS232 can be used to connect printers and computers. 5. Adopt original imported tungsten lamps to ensure the lifespan of the instrument. 6. The instrument uses reliable microcomputer processing technology and is easy to operate. 7, automatic light gate, to ensure the service life of the photoelectric Sensor, instrument testing is simpler.
The YOKE VIS-721 visible spectrophotometer works based on the principle of selective absorption of light by substances. The instrument adopts a color difference Czerny-Turner Optical inspection system (1200L/mm grating). After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is passed through the spectroscopic system, a monochromatic light with a wavelength range of 350~ 1020nm is formed. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, it is selectively absorbed by the substance to be tested, and the remaining light is received by Photocells and photovoltaic cells and converted into electrical signals. After being processed by the microcomputer system, it is displayed on the LCD liquid crystal display in the form of Absorbance (A), Transmittance (T) or Concentration (C).
Testing, food, petrochemical industry, environment protection and monitoring
1. Turn it on and warm up. 2. Use the [MODE] key to switch between modes A (Absorbance), T (Transmittance), C (Concentration, need to enter or calculate F value), and F (Concentration, need to enter F value). 3. In T mode, put in the reference solution and press the [?/100%] key to adjust to 100% T or 0.000A. 4. In T mode, put in the blank solution and press the [↑/0%] key to adjust to 0% T. 5. Put in the sample to be tested and read the measurement value. 6. If you need to print or transfer data, you can use the optional RS232 interface and the [PC] key to operate.
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench protected from direct sunlight. After starting the machine, it needs to be preheated for a period of time to achieve a stable state. * Cuvette light-transmitting surface should be kept clean and should not be touched directly by hand. * Before changing the sample, rinse the Cuvette with the solution to be tested. * When measuring high concentration samples, ensure that the Absorbance value is within the effective measurement range of the instrument (0.000A~ 1.999A). After use, the sample room should be cleaned promptly and the power should be turned off. * When using an optional RS232 interface for printing or online, make sure the connection is correct.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
