Overview
YOKE 721-100 visible spectrophotometer is an economical analytical instrument with high photometric accuracy, widely used in inspection, food, petrochemical industry, environment protection and monitoring and many other fields. The instrument is equipped with RS232 interface, which can realize data output and connection functions.
Features
1. Digital display measurement value
2. Automatic light gate, automatic zero adjustment and hundred adjustment instrument correction
3. Adopt original imported tungsten lamps to ensure the service life of the instrument
4. Wide sample chamber, up to 10cm Cuvette can be placed
5. Optional output port RS232, which can realize the function of connecting printer and computer
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry. The composite light emitted by the Illuminant (tungsten lamp) is separated by an Optical inspection system (color difference elimination Czerny-Turner grating) to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, part of the light is absorbed, and the transmitted light is received by Photocells, photovoltaic cells and converted into electrical signals. After processing, the transmittance (T), Absorbance (A) or concentration (C) of the sample are displayed in digital form.
Applications
Testing, food, petrochemical industry, environment protection and monitoring
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Switch to the desired measurement mode (A/T/C/F) through the [MODE] key.
3. Put in the reference solution, close the sample chamber cover, and press the [?/100%] button to adjust 100% T (or 0.000ABS).
4. Put in the sample to be tested, close the sample chamber cover, and read the measurement value on the display screen.
5. In C or F mode, you can enter or adjust the F value through the [↑/0%] and [?/100%] keys.
6. If you need to output data, you can press the [PC] key to print or send.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench to avoid direct exposure to strong light.
* After starting the machine, it needs to be preheated for a certain period of time, and the measurement will be carried out after the instrument is stable.
* Cuvette light-transmitting surface should be kept clean and avoid direct contact with hands when using.
* Make sure that the sample chamber cover is closed tightly during measurement to prevent stray light interference.
After use, the sample room should be cleaned promptly and the power should be turned off.
The optional RS232 interface function needs to confirm the compatibility of the connected device.
