Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry. Its Optical inspection system uses a color difference canceling Czerny-Turner grating system. After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is split by the monochromator, it becomes a monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, the substance to be tested selectively absorbs it. The transmitted light is received by the photoelectric Sensor and converted into an electrical signal. After being processed by the microcomputer, it is displayed on the display in the form of Absorbance (A), Transmittance (T) or Concentration (C).

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Use the [MODE] key to switch between modes A (Absorption), T (Transmittance), C (Concentration), and F (Enter F value).
3. In T mode, use the [?/100%] key to calibrate 100% T (or 0.000A).
4. In T mode, use the [↑/0%] key to calibrate 0% T.
5. Put in the sample to be tested and read the measurement data.
6. In C or F mode, you can enter the coefficient or calculate the coefficient using the standard solution for concentration measurement.
7. When necessary, press the [PC] key to connect the printer to print data or send data.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench protected from direct sunlight.
• It needs to be preheated for a period of time after starting to reach a stable state.
• Cuvette needs to be cleaned before and after use, and the light-transmitting surface cannot be directly touched by hand.
• When calibrating and measuring, ensure that the sample chamber cover is tightly closed.
• Absorbance values for measurement of high concentration samples should not exceed the measurement range of the instrument (0.000A to 1.999A).
• When the instrument is not in use for a long time, it should be powered on regularly.
When replacing key components such as the Illuminant, it needs to be operated by professionals.
