Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry. Its Optical inspection system uses a color difference canceling Czerny-Turner grating structure. After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is split by the monochromator, monochromatic light of a specific wavelength is obtained. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, part of the light is absorbed, and the transmitted light is received by the photoelectric Sensor and converted into an electrical signal. After being processed by the microcomputer, it is displayed on the display in the form of Absorbance (A), Transmittance (T) or Concentration (C).

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Use the MODE key to switch between A (Absorbance), T (Transmittance), C (Concentration), or F (Factor) modes.
3. In T mode, put in the reference solution and press the [?/100%] key to adjust 100% T or 0.000A.
4. In T mode, put in the blank solution and press the [↑/0%] key to adjust 0% T.
5. Put in the sample to be tested and read the measurement value.
6. In C or F mode, you can enter or calculate the F value (concentration factor) to measure the sample concentration.
7. When necessary, press the [PC] key to connect to the printer (optional) to print or send data.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench protected from direct sunlight.
Make sure the instrument is fully preheated before use to ensure measurement stability.
• The Cuvette light-transmitting surface should be kept clean. After loading the solution, the outside should be dried and placed correctly in the sample chamber.
• When adjusting 100% T and 0% T, use the corresponding reference and blank solution.
Illuminant (tungsten lamp, deuterium lamp) replacement or major maintenance should be carried out by a professional.
• When connecting optional devices such as external printers, please confirm that the interfaces match and follow the operating instructions.
