Overview
YOKE 723 visible spectrophotometer is an economical analytical instrument with excellent photometric accuracy. It is widely used in testing, food, petrochemical industry, environment protection and monitoring, and can optionally output RS232 interface.

1. Using 128 * 64 point matrix LCD, it can directly display standard Linear dispersion and test data, the host can store data and optional printer printing.
2. Equipped with USB data output interface, optional YOKE3.0 professional software for online operation.
3. Can directly establish standard Linear dispersion, and can be tested with standard Linear dispersion, can continuously test and store 200 sets of data, and can store 100 user-defined named standard Linear dispersion.

5. Support automatic wavelength calibration and automatic wavelength setting.

9. Using a fully enclosed monochromator full sealing structure, all Optical inspection mirror surfaces are coated with SiO2 protective film to ensure that Optical inspection parts are not affected by the environment and gas.
Principle
The instrument is based on Lambert-beer's law for Basis Weight detection. The concentration of the solution can be tested by establishing a standard Linear dispersion and displaying Linear dispersion patterns and equations. In the breadth test, the Absorbance (A), Transmittance (T) and Concentration (C) of the solution can be tested at a fixed wavelength.

Steps
1. Basis Weight Detection: Establish standard Linear dispersion, display Linear dispersion patterns and equations, and use Lambert-beer's law input data for testing.
2. Breadth test: Set the wavelength and test the Absorbance (A), Transmittance (T) or concentration (C) of the tested solution.
3. Utilize the automatic functions of the instrument: such as automatic wavelength adjustment, automatic wavelength calibration and automatic data storage.

• The instrument can be equipped with automatic quadruple or octave Colorimetric cell.
• Please call the stored standard Linear dispersion according to the name.
• Make sure to use a Cuvette of the appropriate size (5-100mm).
