Overview
YOKE UV754 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is an instrument that can perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of sample substances in the ultraviolet and visible Light spectrum (190~ 1100nm). It can be widely used in clinical testing, biochemistry, Petrochemicals, environmental testing, food and quality control departments, and can be used as teaching demonstrations and experimental instruments for related courses in colleges and universities.
Features
1, using 128 * 64 point array large screen LCD display, clear display.
2. Adopt an enhanced 8-bit processor, with a clock frequency of 24M and smooth operation.
3. The optimized CT optical path is adopted to ensure ultra-low stray light.
4. Imported long-life tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps are used. Illuminant is stable and reliable.
5. Light source replacement is easy to operate.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of selective absorption of ultraviolet-visible light by substances. After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is split by the monochromator, it becomes monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, part of it is absorbed. The instrument calculates the Absorbance or Transmittance of the sample by measuring the intensity of the transmitted light and comparing it with the reference light intensity, so as to realize the qualitative or quantitative analysis of the sample.
Applications
Clinical testing, biochemistry, Petrochemicals, environmental testing, food, quality control, teaching demonstrations and experiments in colleges and universities
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Turn it on and the instrument performs system self-test.
2, wavelength auto calibration and color filter auto calibration.
3. Select the photometric measurement or quantitative analysis mode according to the measurement requirements.
4, for measurement, the instrument can automatically switch Illuminant.
5. View, store or print measurement data and maps.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench that avoids direct sunlight.
• After booting, wait for the instrument self-test and Illuminant stability before measurement.
• When replacing the Illuminant, please follow the operating instructions and pay attention to safety.
• Keep the sample cell clean to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
• When the instrument displays an error message, please follow the prompts to troubleshoot or contact a professional.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
