Principle
The instrument uses a single beam of light Optical inspection system, using high-performance grating spectroscopy, receiving signals by imported silicon photodiode Detectors, converting optical signals into electrical signals through high-speed, High Accuracy A/D converters, and processing by the ARM system. And display, realize the measurement of sample light transmitance (T), Absorption (A), concentration (C) and energy (E).

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. According to the test requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as photometric measurement, Basis Weight measurement, Light spectrum scanning, etc.) through the instrument interface.
3. Set test parameters (e.g. wavelength, etc.).
4, into the blank sample calibrated.
5. Put the sample to be tested for measurement.
6. View the data or graph through the screen, and choose to store the data through the USB interface or directly connect to the printer to print the results.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench.
• Make sure the instrument is fully preheated before use.
• When replacing the deuterium lamp or tungsten lamp, please use the socket design, no need for Optical inspection and debugging after changing the lamp.
• Please choose the appropriate Cuvette (specification between 5-100mm) according to the sample.
• Keep the sample room clean to avoid liquid or solid foreign matter entering.
When connecting external devices (e.g. printers), ensure that the interfaces match and are connected correctly.
• The optional automatic eight-connected sample holder is a patented design, please ensure stable installation when using it.
