Principle
YOKE UV1901 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer adopts dual beam of light and CT optical path design. The instrument uses tungsten lamp and deuterium lamp as Illuminant, the ray of light forms monochromatic light after 1200 lines/mm laser holographic Diffraction grating, and irradiates the sample and reference through the dual beam of light photometry system. Optical inspection parameters such as transmittance and Absorbance of the sample are finally calculated by the Detector measurement.
