Principle
The YOKE N5000 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer works based on a single beam of light Optical inspection system. The light emitted by the Illuminant is split by a monochromator (1200 bars/mm Holographic grating) to form a monochromatic light of a specific wavelength, which passes through the sample solution and is partially absorbed by the sample. The Detector measures the intensity of the transmitted light and compares it with the reference light intensity to calculate the Absorbance or light transmitance of the sample, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of the substance in the UV-Vis Light spectrum region (190~ 1100nm).
