The N5000plus UV-Visible Spectrophotometer works based on a single beam of light Optical inspection system. The light emitted by the Illuminant (deuterium lamp or tungsten lamp) passes through the grating to form a monochromatic light that shines on the sample. After the sample absorbs light of a specific wavelength, the transmitted light is received by the Detector and converted into an electrical signal. The instrument calculates the light transmitance, Absorbance and other parameters of the sample by measuring the ratio of the transmitted light intensity to the incident ray intensity, so as to realize the qualitative or quantitative analysis of the sample.
