Overview
YOKE V1000 spectrophotometer is an instrument that can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze sample substances in the ultraviolet and visible Light spectrum region (320~ 1020nm). It adopts an optimized CT optical path design to ensure ultra-low stray light, and is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display. The host can store data, which is suitable for detection work in various fields.
Features
1. LCD liquid crystal display
2. Optimized CT light path ensures ultra-low stray light
3. The host can store data
4. Easy light source replacement operation
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of selective absorption of light by substances. The light emitted by Illuminant passes through the spectroscopic system to form monochromatic light, which is absorbed after being irradiated to the sample solution. Detector (Photocell, photovoltaic cell) measures the intensity of transmitted light and compares it with the reference light intensity to calculate the transmittance (T) and Absorbance (A) of the sample, and then performs quantitative analysis such as concentration (C) according to Lambert-Beer's law.
Applications
Clinical testing, biochemistry, Petrochemicals, environmental testing, food, quality control, colleges and universities
Standards
The data did not mention specific standards
Steps
The data does not provide detailed operation steps, but the instrument has the following main functional modes:
1. A mode: Absorbance measurement of the sample.
2, T mode: measurement of transmittance of the sample.
3. C mode: input F value (slope) measurement concentration, or calculate F value with standard solution.
4, F mode: input F value measurement concentration.
