YOKE U1000 is a visible spectrophotometer that can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze sample substances in the UV and visible Light spectrum. It adopts an optimized CT-type light path design to ensure ultra-low stray light, and is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display, and the host can store data.

Principle
The instrument receives the light signal passing through the sample through the receiving element (Photocell, photovoltaic cell), measures the Absorbance or transmittance of the sample, and calculates the slope (F value) according to the standard solution, which is then used for the determination of the concentration of the unknown sample.
