Overview
YOKE U1000Pro spectrophotometer is an instrument for qualitative and quantitative analysis of sample substances in the ultraviolet and visible Light spectrum region (190~ 1020nm). It adopts an optimized CT optical path design to ensure ultra-low stray light and has a host data storage function. It is suitable for clinical testing, biochemistry, Petrochemicals, environmental protection testing, food quality control and other fields.
Features
1. LCD liquid crystal display
2. Optimized CT light path ensures ultra-low stray light
3. The host can store data
4. Easy light source replacement operation
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of selective absorption of light by substances. After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is split by the monochromator, it becomes monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. This monochromatic light is absorbed when passing through the sample solution. The remaining light is received by Photocells, photovoltaic cells and converted into electrical signals. After processing, it is displayed on the LCD display in the form of Absorption (A), light transmitance (T) or concentration (C), so as to realize the analysis of the sample.
Applications
Clinical testing, biochemistry, Petrochemicals, environmental testing, food, quality control, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Select the measurement mode (A: Absorbance, T: Transmittance, C: concentration, F: slope).
3, in the measurement mode, blank correction.
4. Put in the sample to be tested, read and record the measurement data (such as Absorbance, concentration, etc.).
5. If you need to store data, you can use the host storage function.
6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench to avoid direct light and dust.
• It needs to be preheated for a period of time after startup, and then the measurement is carried out after the instrument is stable.
• Cuvette should be cleaned before and after use, and the transparent surface should be kept clean without scratches.
• During measurement, ensure that the sample solution does not exceed the maximum capacity of the Cuvette and that no liquid remains on the outer wall.
• When replacing the Illuminant, follow the operating instructions and make sure the instrument is powered off.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
