Overview
The YOKE V2000 spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument with a single beam of light Optical inspection system and an enhanced processor. It has automatic control and analytical testing functions, suitable for photometric measurement and quantitative analysis in the wavelength range of 320~ 1020nm.
Features
1. Adopt 128 * 64 point array large-screen LCD display.
Adopting an enhanced 8-bit processor, the clock speed can reach 24M.
3. The optimized CT optical path is adopted to ensure ultra-low stray light.
4. Adopt imported long-life tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps.
5. Easy to replace the light source.
Principle
The instrument adopts a single beam of light Optical inspection system. Illuminant light forms monochromatic light after splitting through the grating, and irradiates the sample. The sample absorbs light of a specific wavelength. Photocells, photovoltaic cells receive transmitted light signals and convert them into electrical signals. Absorbance or light transmitance data are obtained after calculation by the processor.
Applications
Chemical analysis, biological testing, environment monitoring, food inspection, pharmaceutical research and development
Steps
1. Boot self-test.
2. Use the < Dark > key for dark current correction.
3. Put in the blank sample and use the < Zero > key to correct the blank.
4. Set the measurement parameters through the < Set > key.
5. Put the sample to be tested for measurement.
6. Use the < Print > key to print the data, or use the < Delect > key to delete the data.
7. Use <▲>、<▼>、< Esc >, < Entre > and other keys for menu navigation and confirmation.
Notice
• Internal system self-test is required after the instrument is turned on.
• Dark current correction and blank correction are required before measurement.
• Pay attention to the wavelength accuracy and photometric accuracy range of the instrument.
• The instrument has data, map storage and printing capabilities.
• Please refer to the key panel diagram for the purpose of each function key when operating.
