Overview
YOKE U2000 spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument with a single beam of light Optical inspection system and an enhanced processor. It has a wide wavelength range of 195~ 1020nm, is equipped with a large LCD screen, supports photometric measurement, quantitative analysis and other test functions, and can be operated online through the data interface.
Features
1. Using 128 * 64 point matrix large screen LCD display, clear display.
2. Equipped with an enhanced 8-bit processor, the main frequency is up to 24M, and the computing processing power is strong.
3. The optimized CT optical path design is adopted to effectively ensure ultra-low stray light.
4. Imported long-life tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps are used as Illuminants.
5. Illuminant replacement is easy to operate and easy to maintain.
Principle
The instrument adopts a single beam of light Optical inspection system. The light emitted by Illuminant forms monochromatic light after Holographic grating splitting, and irradiates the sample. The sample absorbs the light of a specific wavelength, and the transmitted light signal is received by Photocell and photovoltaic cell and converted into an electrical signal. Absorption or light transmitance data are obtained after calculation by the processor for analysis and testing.
Applications
Laboratory analysis, teaching and research, Industrial Quality control, environment monitoring, food testing, drug inspection
Steps
1. Turn it on and the instrument performs self-test.
2. According to the measurement mode, use the < Set > key to set the relevant parameters.
3. Perform dark current correction and press the < Dark > key.
4. Put in the blank sample and press the < Zero > key to correct the blank.
5. Put in the sample to be tested for measurement.
6. To print data, press the < Print > key.
7. Use the < ▲ >、< ▼ > key for menu selection or value adjustment, the < Entre > key to confirm, and the < Esc > key to exit.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench.
● After booting, wait for the system self-test and Illuminant stability before measurement.
Periodic dark current and blank correction to ensure measurement accuracy.
● When replacing the Illuminant, please follow the operating procedures to avoid damage.
Keep the sample room clean to avoid liquid or solid sample residue.
When connecting external devices (e.g. printers, computers), ensure that the interfaces match and are connected correctly.
