Overview
The YOKE U2000Pro spectrophotometer is a single beam of light Optical inspection system with an enhanced processor. It has automatic control and analytical testing functions, suitable for photometric measurement and quantitative analysis in the wavelength range of 320~ 1020nm.

Principle
The instrument adopts a single beam of light Optical inspection system. The light emitted by Illuminant forms monochromatic light after Holographic grating and irradiates the sample. The light absorption information of the sample is received by Photocell and photovoltaic cell and converted into electrical signals. After calculation by the processor, it is displayed on the LCD screen in the form of Absorbance or Transmittance.
Applications
Photometric measurement, quantitative analysis
Steps
1. Turn it on and the instrument self-checks.
2. According to the measurement mode, use the < Set > key to set the parameters.
3. Perform dark current correction (< Dark > key).
4. Put in the blank sample to zero (< Zero > key).
5. Put in the sample to be tested for measurement.
6. Use the < ▲ >、< ▼ > key to select the menu or adjust the value, and the < Entre > key to confirm.
7. Data can be stored, printed (< Print > key) or deleted (< Delect > key).
8. Use the < Esc > key to exit the current operation.
Notice
• Please wait for the instrument self-test to complete after turning it on.
• Before accurate measurement, dark current correction and blank correction are required.
• Please use each function button correctly when operating.
• Follow simple operating procedures when replacing Illuminants.
• The instrument has an error message prompt function, please check it carefully.
