Overview
YOKE U5200 Touchscreen UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a new product of SUPER series, which is developed with excellent photochemical system, high-level mechanical system, professional circuit control system and rigorous process. The instrument is equipped with a friendly graphical interface software UV-SUPER2.0, which has excellent technical index stability and working reliability, and can meet the analytical needs of high-level professional users.
Features
1. Smooth Appearance and Internal Structure: Using humanized Appearance and scalability design, the internal double-decked structure can effectively avoid the loss of luminosity energy.
2. Convenient and intuitive graphical operation interface: equipped with 8-inch high-resolution color LCD screen and UV-SUPER2.0 software, easy to operate and powerful.
3. Excellent performance and stability: Fully enclosed monochromator structure and Optical inspection mirror SiO2 protective film double protection; Philips tungsten lamp and Hamamatsu deuterium lamp are selected to ensure Illuminant stability; improved screw drive mechanism ensures high wavelength accuracy and good repeatability.
Professional electrical measurement system: the first to use the 32-bit ARM11 controller with a frequency of 533MHz in China, with stable performance; the use of 24-bit high-performance AD of BB company for photoelectric data collection; support internal mass data storage (up to 1024M), mouse operation, USB and large-capacity SD card storage.
5. Simple and convenient maintenance: using socket-type tungsten lamps and deuterium lamps, lamp replacement is free of Optical inspection and debugging; the optical path and circuit double-decked are designed separately to avoid cross-influence, and the maintenance is convenient and reliable.
Principle
The spectrophotometer works based on the principle of UV-Visible Absorption Light spectrum. The composite light emitted by the Illuminant (tungsten lamp and deuterium lamp) inside the instrument is separated by a monochromator to form monochromatic light to illuminate the sample. The sample absorbs light of a specific wavelength, and the detector measures the intensity of the transmitted light. Compared with the reference optical path, data processing is carried out through a professional electrical measurement system (such as a 24-bit AD converter) and a controller (ARM11), and finally Absorbance, transmittance and other results are displayed on the Touchscreen to realize qualitative or quantitative analysis of the substance.
