The YOKE DSH-10A Halogen moisture meter is a precision instrument for rapid determination of free moisture in samples. It uses halogen lamp heating technology to heat up quickly and test time is short. It is suitable for rapid moisture determination of various samples such as chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials.

Principle
The instrument uses a halogen lamp as a heating source to rapidly heat the sample placed on the pan to evaporate the free water in the sample. The built-in High Accuracy Sensor monitors the weight change of the sample during the heating process in real time, and automatically calculates and displays parameters such as moisture content and percent solids.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Place the sample on the pan.
3. Set the heating temperature, time, and other parameters as required.
4, start the test, the instrument automatically heating and measurement.
5. After the test, read and record data such as moisture content.
6. Output data can be connected to peripheral devices through the RS232 interface.
Notice
The recommended sample size is between 3 and 10 grams, and the minimum sample size is not less than 0.5 grams.
• The recommended operating temperature of the instrument is within the range of 10-30 ° C.
The heating temperature can be set between 50 ° C and 160 ° C (1 ° C interval).
• Please select the appropriate heating time and end point control mode (timing or automatic) according to the sample characteristics.
• Clean the pan immediately after use.
When connecting peripherals, make sure the interfaces match.
