Overview
YOKE DSH-50A-10 Halogen moisture meter is an instrument for rapid determination of sample free moisture. It uses halogen lamp heating, rapid heating, short test time, suitable for chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food raw materials, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials and other samples detection.
Features
1, large and high resolution backlit point array LCD screen, easy to operate in the dark, more comfortable vision.
2. Keypad Operation Chain Disk makes operation more convenient.
3. High Accuracy Thermal Insulation Sensor, reliable temperature acquisition data.
4, the use of halogen lamp heating drying, rapid heating, short test time.
5. During the test, the drying state can be directly confirmed and the end time can be estimated.
6, with automatic peeling function, can be continuously measured, can also be accurately measured by zero drift correction.
7. Built-in R232C output interface, can be connected to computers, printers and other peripheral devices.
Principle
The instrument uses a halogen lamp as a heating source to heat the sample placed on the pan to evaporate the free water in the sample. The instrument monitors the sample weight change in real time through the built-in High Accuracy Insulation Sensor and calculates the moisture content percentage of the sample based on the weight loss. The determination process can be controlled by timing or automatic mode.
Applications
Chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food raw materials, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Place the sample tray and perform automatic peeling (clearing).
3. Spread the sample evenly on the sample tray.
4. Set the heating temperature, time, and other parameters.
5, start the test, the instrument automatically heating and measurement.
6. After the test, read and record data such as moisture content.
7. If continuous testing is required, repeability steps 2-6.
Notice
The recommended operating temperature is within the range of 10-30 ° C.
The recommended sample size is 3 to 10 grams, with a minimum sample size of not less than 0.5 grams.
The heating temperature can be set in the range of 50 ° C to 160 ° C (1 ° C interval).
Do not touch the heating parts during the test to prevent burns.
* Please keep the instrument and sample tray clean to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy.
When connecting peripherals, make sure to use the correct interface (RS232).
