The YOKE DSH-50A-5 Halogen moisture meter is an instrument for rapid determination of free moisture in various samples. It is heated with a halogen lamp, which heats up quickly and has a short test time. It is suitable for rapid moisture determination of various samples such as chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food, raw materials, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials.

Principle
The Halogen moisture meter uses a halogen lamp as a heating source to rapidly heat and dry the sample. The instrument has a built-in High Accuracy Insulation Sensor to collect real-time sample weight change data. By measuring the weight difference of the sample before and after heating, the moisture content percentage and percent solids percentage of the sample are automatically calculated and displayed.

Steps
1, boot preheating, zero point calibrated.
2, sampling, the sample evenly spread on the pan.
3. Use the automatic peeling function to return to zero.
4. Set the heating temperature and time (or select the automatic mode).
5, start the test, the instrument automatically heating and measurement.
6. At the end of the test, read and record the moisture%, solid%, weight and other data.
7. Output data can be connected to peripheral devices through the RS232 interface.
Notice
* Operating Ambient Temperature is recommended in the range of 10-30 ° C.
The minimum sample size is not less than 0.5g, and the recommended sample size is 3-10g.
The heating temperature can be set within the range of 50 ° C to 160 ° C (or RT + 50 to 180 ° C).
* The measurement end method can be selected as timing or automatic judgment.
* Do not use in flammable and explosive environments.
* The net weight of the instrument is about 3.0-5 kg, please pay attention when handling.
* Clean the pan immediately after use.
