YOKE DSH-100A-1 Halogen moisture meter is a precision instrument for rapid determination of free moisture in various samples. It uses halogen lamp heating, rapid heating, short test time, suitable for chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food, raw materials, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials and other samples.

Principle
The instrument heats the sample through a built-in halogen lamp to evaporate the free water in the sample. During the heating process, the High Accuracy Insulated Sensor collects data in real time. The system automatically calculates parameters such as moisture content percentage and percent solids percentage by measuring the weight change of the sample before and after heating.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Place the sample tray and perform automatic peeling.
3. Spread an appropriate amount of sample evenly on the sample tray.
4. Set parameters such as heating temperature and time.
5, start the test, the instrument automatically heating and measurement.
6. After the test, read and record data such as moisture content.
7. Output data can be connected to peripheral devices through the RS232 interface.
Notice
The recommended sample size is 3 to 100 grams, and the minimum sample size is not less than 0.5 grams.
* Heating temperature range is room temperature + 50 ℃ to 180 ℃, please set reasonably according to sample characteristics.
* The measurement end method can be selected as timed or automatic, please choose according to the test requirements.
* The net weight of the instrument is 5kg, please place it smoothly.
* Do not use in flammable and explosive environments.
Please disconnect the power supply before cleaning the instrument.
Non-professionals should not disassemble the instrument by themselves.
