YOKE DSH-100A-5 Halogen moisture meter is an instrument for rapid determination of sample free water. It uses halogen lamp heating drying, rapid heating, short test time, suitable for chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food, raw materials, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials and other samples detection.

Principle
The instrument uses a halogen lamp as a heating source to rapidly heat the sample to evaporate the free water in the sample. The built-in High Accuracy Insulation Sensor collects real-time weight change data, calculates and displays parameters such as moisture content and solids percent.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Place the sample on the pan.
3. Set parameters such as heating temperature and time.
4, start the test, the instrument automatically heating and measurement.
5. After the test, read and record data such as moisture content.

Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable surface.
• The recommended sample size is 3 to 100g, and the minimum sample size is not less than 0.5g.
• The heating temperature range is between room temperature + 50 ° C and 180 ° C, please set it reasonably according to the characteristics of the sample.
• Do not touch the heating parts during the test to avoid burns.
• Regularly clean the pan and instrument housing to keep the equipment clean.
When connecting peripheral devices (e.g. computers, printers), make sure to use the correct RS232 interface and follow the device connection specifications.
