Principle
The NR145 Handheld color difference meter uses a 45 °/0 ° Optical inspection geometry to achieve measurement at 45 ° illumination and 0 ° reception in SCE mode. It uses LED Illuminant lighting to collect data through silicon photodiode sensors, combined with super optical path, dynamic integration and measurement timing core technology to ensure measurement stability and accuracy.

Steps

Notice
• When the battery power is lower than 30%, it is recommended to replace the battery or charge it; turn off the machine when charging to prolong the Battery life
• Do not test immediately after the product is produced, leave it for 3-4 hours until the temperature is constant before measurement
• Measurement mode for complex parts to improve data accuracy
• Fixed measurement personnel, measurement location and measurement direction to achieve standardization
• Return to the factory for maintenance after accuracy problems; it is recommended to do manual black and white board correction at least once a week, or correct when the data is inaccurate
