Overview
FANGRUI NDJ-8S digital Viscometer adopts microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display, with program setting and automatic control functions. The instrument has smooth Rotation speed, good accuracy and easy operation. It supports automatic scanning and error alarm. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number, percentile torque, maximum viscosity and liquid temperature. Full scale and Linearity correction of each gear is carried out with standard silicone oil through PC interface to ensure high sensitivity, High Accuracy and High Repeatability, and the measured data is accurate and reliable.

Principle
The instrument controls the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid through microcomputer drive technology and stepper motor, measurement of fluid resistance and conversion to viscosity value. The screen displays relevant parameters in real time, and uses the automatic scanning function to optimize Measurement conditions to ensure data accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Use the "Rotor Selection" function key to select the rotor number
2. Use the "Rotation speed setting" function key to set the Rotation speed
3. Press the "Start, Stop" function key to execute or terminate the measurement
4. For unknown samples, use the "Auto Scan" function key to automatically select the appropriate Rotor speed
5. Confirm the selection information through the "OK" function key
6. The screen automatically displays viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number and other measurement results

Instrument calibration with standard silicone oil before use
• Choose the right combination of rotor and Rotation speed based on sample viscosity
• Avoid operating instruments in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
• Regularly check that the Interface and cables are in good condition
